Interactive marketing promotions and CRM
MTech runs interactive technology-based campaigns for its corporate
clients. We use voice, SMS, email and web technologies to run
campaigns designed to achieve the client’s specific marketing
objectives. MTech’s interactive marketing services fall
into two categories:
1. Promotions and Competitions: These are telecom-based competitions
and promotions that communicate a specific brand-enhancing message.
2. Outsourced CRM: MTech helps clients design a mechanism for
capturing, growing and using a database of their customers.
This allows clients to make more informed marketing decisions
and also provides a cost-effective medium for advertising.
Sample campaigns
i. Nimbus - Nimbus is an up market art gallery, bar and restaurant
in Lagos. MTech runs an SMS-based event update service for
Nimbus to keep patrons informed of performers and events.
ii. BAT – One of the campaigns, which MTech has run
for British American Tobacco, involved St. Moritz customers
responding via SMS to a question that MTech sent out in SMS
format. The first 10 correct respondents won tickets to a
St. Moritz sponsored fashion show.
iii. Sosoliso Airlines – MTech designed and implemented
an SMS-based interactive program for Sosoliso to launch its
frequent flyer program.
