Sheri has over 25 years experience in the financial and telecommunications industries in Nigeria. Before starting MTech, she had been involved in the formation of several companies in Nigeria, including United Telesys, a premier VSAT company in Nigeria of which she was the founding Managing Director.
Chika Nwobi
Director, Co-founder
BSc Computer Science, BA Economics (East Tennessee State University)
Before founding MTech, Chika was with Airtuit Inc (USA) where he worked with US Operators and Fortune 500 companies on mobile value-added applications strategy. Chika has also worked with Sprint Telecommunication and Eastman Chemicals.
Mr. Lateef Belo-Osagie
Director
Lateef is currently the managing director of Hackett Nigeria Limited, a telecommunications equipment and parts supplier to leading operators in Africa. He is also the chairman of Western Pacific Communications Limited, a telecommunication firm that specializes in pre-paid calling cards i.e. The Connect Phone Cards. He holds a BSc. Economics degree from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Chris Ubosi
Director
Mr. Ubosi has over 15 years experience in setting up and managing new ventures in media, broadcasting and telecommunications. He is currently Executive Director of Steam Broadcasting where he setup and currently manages CoolFM Radio Station (Nigeria’s no 1 radio station). He has also setup CoolLink, a leading Internet Service Provider and CoolTalk, Prepaid calling card Service. He served on the Federal Government Committee on the Implementation of a National Mass Communications Policy in 2004.He has consulted severally in the establishing of new radio stations in West Africa, and is presently consulting for the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria in their on going nationwide 32 FM Radio project. Chris has a BSc from University of Ife and an MSc from University of Lagos.
