Job Title: Product Director
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
JOB SUMMARY
The position of Sales Director is a leadership role with primary responsibility for the sales management and market share growth. The Sales Director has a direct reporting line to the CEO and close working relationships with other heads of the departments. The Sales Director is responsible for improving the operational performance and efficiency of the MTech Sales Organization. S/he will be involved in all aspects within the Sales process, including, but not limited to Sales Force Automation, Forecasting, Metrics/Reporting, Sales Reviews, Training, and Compensation.
The position of Product Director is a leadership role with primary responsibility for the product management and market share growth. You will be a member of a dynamic product team committed to developing our next generation mobile and digital multimedia and collaboration products. You will have end to end responsibility throughout the execution cycle, including: gathering product requirements, defining product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, and working with cross functional teams to rollout products to market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with Mobile Operators, Mobile Marketing Customers and Online Customers, sales and marketing to understand market needs trends and gather product and market requirements
• Write and review Market Requirements Document, Product Requirements Documentss
• Work closely with Product UX Designer on shaping the overall product user experience
• Manage the full life cycle of products from conception to market
• Work closely with engineering, QA and operations to scope, plan and deliver new releases
• Be a resource to sales, support and other customer facing teams.
• Work with relevant business unit leaders to ensure product requirements are in line with company vision.
• Work with business development to prioritize partnership opportunities and integrate with multiple external partners
• Work with marketing to promote the product and with the international team to address the needs of each local market
• Leading product development for mobile and online consumer oriented applications and services.
• Ownership and driving of results.
• Improve product quality, user experience, and drive development.
• Aggressively explore new technologies so that we can advance our product leadership.
• 'Top notch' organizational and time management skills too
• Owning features - the entire design process from beginning to end, product plans, ensuring the feature's success, and project managing their development.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLOWING ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:
• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business, and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
• Experience in building Mobile and/or Web Applications
• Proven product management experience
• Demonstrated ability in capturing requirements and communicating
them in writing and verbally to software engineers and work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes.
• Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business issues
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Title: Finance Manager

SUMMARY OF JOB
The position of Finance Manager is a leadership role with primary responsibility for the financial management of the company. The Finance Manager has a direct reporting line to the CEO and close working relationships with board members and major shareholders. The key tasks are business financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management reporting and fundraising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing all Treasury functions, including cash forecasting & management, working capital management, and analysis of tax saving strategies.
• Managing existing financing relationships, including lender relationship management, and analysis & sourcing of potential refinancing.
• Preparing all necessary financial reports and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. This includes responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly reporting package.
• Developing a detailed weekly, financial dashboard report and providing analysis of transaction volumes.
• Preparing a monthly, quarterly and yearly budget
• Building models to analyze mobile revenues, opex, capex and their effect on the P&L and CF.
• Providing Operations and Sales/Marketing with monthly variance analysis between budget and actual results.
• Oversight of the accounting department including process improvement, staff development, personnel decisions and the maintenance of appropriate internal control safeguards.
• Working with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to develop a strategic plan for funding the company’s operations and key objectives while ensuring cost leadership.
• Ensuring a common and thorough understanding of MTech’s business objectives.
•Interprets operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the company and makes specific recommendations on them.
•Identify areas and have the ability to improve financial performance within the business.
•Support the annual strategic planning process for the business. Participate in the provision of effective strategic financial information. Directs the preparation of statistics for periodical financial statements.
• Developing and directing the implementation of strategic financial and/or operational plans, projects, and programs and systems that are seen as appropriate to achieving and/or exceeding company objectives.
• Bringing a financial perspective to senior management team meetings and strategic planning
• Managing MTech’s auditors and other external contractors as needed. Overseeing the successful completion of the organization’s annual accounting audit.
• Securing the appropriate levels of insurance for MTech (e.g. directors and officers; errors and omissions). Acts as overall coordinator and first-line advisor to CEO on all finance-related matters.
The FM will identify and report on business and financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and advise the CEO and other Executives on how the company should navigate each situation to achieve growth in revenues and profitability.
It should also be noted that while the FD will be expected to be the specialist in leading the organization to financial excellence, s/he must have broad business acumen enabling contributions beyond the scope of finance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Telecom or Business required; Master's degree preferred. ICAN/ACCA preferred.
Experience: Experience in budgeting, developing financial projections/ proformas and completing ROI analysis, as is typically obtained in 5 years of increasingly responsible Finance, or Accounting experience is required, preferably in telecom or media or broadcasting. Supervisory experience in a Finance function as is typically obtained in approximately 3-5years is required.
